Colliers International named REINSW Agency of the Year

Colliers International scored a hat trick at the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales’ (REINSW) Awards for Excellence on Saturday 9 October, taking home its highest honour Large Commercial Agency of the Year as well as Delivery of Electronic Property Data and Corporate Support.

The annual REINSW awards aim to encourage, identify and promote excellence and best practice in the real estate profession.

Malcom Tyson, Colliers International NSW Managing Director, said the awards recognise the ongoing success of the business in delivering specialised service excellence and achieving outstanding results.

“We have achieved significant growth over the last year through geographic and service line expansion in response to the changing market and needs of our clients,” he said.

“We offer access to specialised and local knowledge across the most comprehensive range of services in the Australian property industry.”

Mr Tyson said the consistency of the business’ platform and a culture of sharing knowledge and information was a key factor in Colliers International’s success.

 “All clients want consistency - whether it is across Colliers International full service lines or in being serviced from one office to the next,” he said.

“The market is diverse.  Clients do not operate in silos according to location or service so we move with them to make it as easy and seamless as possible.”

In addition to winning the awards for Large Commercial Agency, Delivery of Electronic Property Data and Corporate Support, Colliers International was represented by a further two finalists including for Project Marketing and Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent (for Colliers International Director of Office Leasing Jock Gilchrist).
